Item dispatched quickly and was due to arrive, however Evri mysteriously lost the parcel whilst it was out for delivery. Seller initiated tracer investigation with Evri, once investigation completed, a replacement was sent out arriving within 3 days of dispatch. This was the first time my Evri courier has actually brought an item to my house, albeit the back instead of front door.Item was as described, seller dealt with issues professionally and courteously.

I purchased this item on the 26th September however, after a failed delivery the seller acknowledged it had been sent back. After trying to send it again the delivery took about 1 month. I requested a refund and the seller has promised one. It is now 2 months since I purchased the order and the seller has not replied with an update. They also do not have buyer protection. DO NOT buy from this seller as they are essentially scamming buyers

Seller took payment on order. 9 days later product had not been dispatched and I had received no communication whatsoever from the seller. Tried to cancel but received a notice on ebay page saying refund not possible. Contacted Ebay direct and they intervened returning my payment in full. Still no contact, explanation, or apology from seller so... *** I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER***
