Item as described, box was crushed in transit (Royal Mail) a few creases and damage to outer box of figure, but not senders fault! But can't crumble for the price, great ebayer, thanks again!

As described, the item was still boxed brand new, and the box itself was in excellent condition. The parcel had protective bags inside so nothing rattled around. The price was good and overall I'm very happy with this. Would highly recommend this seller. Thank you! ☺️

Item arrived with some damage to rear of packaging, but the Seller quickly resolved the matter with me (a courtesy reply message would've been nice though), other than that, all good, a nice figure, and I look forward to future business with the Seller.

Item received in great condition. Brand new as described and in a good time frame. Only issue is the item was incomplete by one small detail. Communicated with the company who eventually replied and gave options on what to receive to complete item. No correspondence since then and I have messaged again in the meantime, no reply. Item incomplete still. Probably won't ever get sorted as communication has now stopped on the company's end. Disappointed.

Arrived in pristine brand new packaging alongside with a Shockwave model kit, in a incredibly well-padded box. Which was most fortunate because the box itself apparently suffered a major collision to its side during the shipping, BUT the actual model kits remained unharmed. Wonderful job, I hope I can buy more amazing Transformers Furai models from these guys in the future, for an affordable price. :)
