Delivery Information and Costs

All goods are subject to a 1 working day handling time with additional time required if the order is customised, i.e. upgrade to a different operating system (working days are Monday-Friday) following receipt of cleared payment. Collections by our couriers are Monday - Friday only at around 3pm, payments received after 2pm UK time will result in goods being dispatched the following working day.

We are closed on bank holidays and during the Christmas - New Year holiday period, with all goods purchased during this time dispatched on the first working day back following receipt of cleared payment.

Delivery times quoted are not guaranteed as this remains outside of our control. Refunds for goods delivered late is not possible as we receive no compensation for this from our delivery companies, however where goods are delivered late and is of the fault of the courier you will be eligible for a partial refund of the shipping costs.

We only deliver using signed for delivery services as this is the most secure method for distribution of goods. Don't panic if your away on the day of delivery, a card will be left by our courier such to allow you to either collect from a pickup point, or to re-arrange a more suitable delivery date.

Collections by buyers own couriers is not permitted, specifically due to previous lost items and damaged goods.

Delivery prices quoted on all listings are for England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. For a detailed quotation on costs of delivery to your specification location please feel free to contact us via the eBay message service.

Delivery costs via courier to postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25 are all subject to an increase shipping charge due to zone charges. For a detailed quotation on costs of delivery to your specification location please feel free to contact us via the eBay message service. 

DPD only operate a standard weekday service, however Saturday deliveries are possible for an additional charge of £15 per item.

Deliveries within Europe are possible albeit subject to additional shipping charges, details for which are available upon the listing and may incur import duty/taxes

Items damaged in transit must be reported immediately to us via the eBay message service as Parcelforce, Royal Mail and DPD only support claims for a limited period (10 days from receipt) following dispatch. Items clearly damaged in transit should be refused by the buyer which will result in them being returned to us for inspection and replacement/refund.

In the event of an item being damaged, please retain all original packing for inspection by the associated courier. Where the packing has been lost or destroyed payments against claims for damages may not be possible as directed by the associated courier contracts.

Items paid for via Paypal can only be delivered to the registered Paypal address, specifically due to Paypal seller insurance coverage.

Payment

  • Payment methods accepted are Paypal (preferred), Cheque and Postal orders and cash only for collections.
  • Cheques and Postal orders should be made payable to BizITShop Ltd
  • Cheques are subject to clearance into our business banking account before goods are dispatched.
  • Cheques declined by our bank for any reason will result in banking charges being passed onto you.
  • Payments received should be made in £ GBP Sterling - No other currency accepted at this time
  • Payment terms are strictly 7 days from checkout unless by prior agreed arrangement.
  • We reserve the right to re-list goods after 7 days following non receipt of payment.
  • Requests to cancel purchases made via eBay will be declined and the non payment dispute resolution system will be used in cases where goods are not paid for.
  • All prices quoted are inclusive of UK VAT at 20%
  • Full VAT receipts can be made available upon request at checkout.

Returns/Warranty Policy

All of our items unless stated otherwise within the listing have 90 day warranty cover for auction sale lots and 12 months from receipt on buy it now purchases. In rare situations an item needs to be returned the responsibility of the costs of this remains with you unless directed otherwise, with BizITShop covering the postage costs of it's return to you.

We recommend that all goods being return are suitably packaged and dispatched using traceable means, and are insured accordingly as we offer no responsibility for lost or damaged returns.

For faults which are reported within this period and upon its return the item will be repaired or if we are unable to repair the item, a replacement will be made if available. In the unlikely event the item cannot be repaired or replaced a refund will be issued.

Postal charges are non refundable.

Customers returning items must first obtain a returns authorisation code, this must be included with the return along with the original eBay/Paypal receipt to enable us to process the item. We also kindly request that information regarding the fault is included in the return package.

All returns must include all there accessories and original packaging unless advised otherwise.

Refunds are only possible for returns which have not been used or damaged.

All items are discreetly security marked and serials number noted to aid fraud prevention and any attempted fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities immediately.

Some units will carry a security seal to discourage board swapping etc, if for any reason this anti tamper security seals are broken all warranties and returns are void. Any attempted fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities immediately.

Items are not deemed as faulty when the cause of the item failure is due to poor reception of Digital Audio Broadcasts (DAB) or Digital Video Broadcast (DVB/Freeview).

LCD Pixel Policy - LCD displays can generate defective or stuck pixels at all most anytime, whilst we try and avoid this problematic pixels can occur. In accordance with industry standards warranty conditions apply, such a screen of upto 15.6" suffers from 1 pixel fault it will not be covered by warranty. For screens upto 19" no more than 2 pixel faults, and for 19" and above no more than 3 defective pixels should exist or occur within the warranty period. If a pixel fault is detected prior to listing and subsequent dispatch our listing will detail this fault accordingly.

General Information

Our preferred method of contact is via the eBay message service. Our email is monitored, although less frequently and maybe subject to a delay as its harder for us to link emails to specific sales etc.

We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours from receipt.

Manufactures descriptions believed to be correct at time of publishing, however we accept no responsibility for incorrect information supplied.

We are open Monday-Friday 10am-4pm, with the exception of bank holidays, or otherwise advised by the eBay Holiday display settings.

Collection is possible on all of our items, albeit subject to appointment (most of out stock is held off-site in a secure storage facility).

Product Information

All of our goods are sourced via reputable and traceable means.

Goods may have damaged packaging and hence the often heavily reduced pricing.

In situations where the original manual, remote control or CD/DVD is no longer available or damaged a replacement copy will be made available with the shipment unless the listing specifically states original included. Where an item is listed with a Microsoft Operating System, this maybe upgraded from one release to another to match the item description or offering, for example some systems will be offered with either Windows 8 or Windows 10 as the operating system.

If packing is extensively damaged, or simply not suited for shipping it will be replaced accordingly.

All listings are believed correct at time of publishing.

Where an item is listed as being Multi-Region DVD, the unit will have pre-converted by our engineers prior to shipment or a document is included with the shipment detailing the process to enable the unit to function with DVD's with any region source code.

All products listed are UK specification, its upto the buyer to check compatibility with his/her specific location prior to purchase.

All LG TV products listed with Freesat functionality include a built in satellite tuner which receives both Freesat and non-Freesat satellite channels, and will require configuration upon receipt as per the included document. Please note at this time the full EPG is limited to Freeview mode, Satellite channels will receive only now and next program guide information.

Products listed with IR Remote Control input or relay facilities are not compliant with systems which use IRDA remote controls, for example some NTL/Virgin receivers and Sky+ and Sky+ HD systems - Buyer must check with his/her specific equipment prior to purchase.

Provided manuals are in English only, unless otherwise stated.

All pictures are stock photographs and not that of the product itself unless detailed otherwise.

Items listed as ex-stock, new other, ex-display, seller refurbished or manufacturer refurbished may have minor imperfections including cosmetic marks, albeit most will be as new. In cases whereby an item is sold as not touchscreen enabled, the digitizer may have been removed or exchanged with replacement glass or fitted perspex.

Ex-stock items are those which have been opened in store and are returned to the shelf or are simply end of line products.

Item sold as "New Other" will be a new and checked system, but may be missing its original software, orginal packaging, the original packing has been opened or the packing has been damaged in some way. Minor cosmetic marks maybe present from testing, handling and repacking.

Any major cosmetic damage, faults or lack of original boxes etc will always be noted in our adverts.

A high proportion of our goods will come with manufacturers warranty cards, it is however purely at the discretion of the manufacturer whether these are honoured under there specific standard warranty terms and conditions policy.
